Raila Odinga's key ally has caused a stir online after praising the President of Kenya, William Ruto who gave his maiden speech at the United Nations Assembly in New York, USA. President William Ruto gave a long, elaborate speech at the UN Assembly as he called for all Countries to work together in tackling global warming.

During his entire speech which was aired live in various Media Stations, President William Ruto could be seen giving his speech without referring to a written document or tablet the way other Leaders are used to doing. Various Heads of States are always seen reading speeches which are written.
