Renowned Kenyan lawyer Amednasir Abdullahi has finally broken silence after the Chief Justice Martha Koome and Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu were spotted lining up alongside other imminent politicians at the Parliament grounds to receive the Head of State Dr William Samoei Ruto today.
Amednasir Abdullahi has expressed his disgust on the move made the Chief Justice and her Deputy to line up in a devoted move fostered towards receiving the president, articulating that it was totally out of order.
He stated that the Chief Justice and the Deputy Chief Justice ought to realize that they are judges of the Kenya's Apex court (Supreme Court) and thus they are judicial officers.
"Totally out of order for the CJ and DCJ to line up with politicians and receive the president outside Parliament...CJ and DCJ must realize they are judges of the Supreme Court and are thus judicial officers," Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi stated.
