According to Goin, President Uhuru Kenyatta was in Kiambu County, where he presided over the issuance of over 14,000 title deeds to landowners in Kiambu County and the commissioning of the Kshs 24 billion Karimenu II Dam in Gatundu North, Kiambu County, before flying out to Kisumu County. In Kisumu County, President Uhuru Kenyatta presided over the commissioning of the Kshs 24.

According to Goin Uhuru, the Head of State flew out of Kiambu to Miwani, which is located in Kisumu City County. There, he will begin a working trip through the Nyanza and Western Kenya areas that will last for three days and during which he will launch a number of different development projects.

At Miwani, the President of Kenya addressed the wananchi who had gathered to see him and inspected the Kenya Defense Forces' efforts to rehabilitate a viaduct on the Nakuru-Kisumu railway line. The viaduct is located on the Nakuru-Kisumu railway line.
