President Uhuru Kenyatta has once again convened another statehouse meeting days after hosting Ex-NASA leaders in Mombasa County. According to the close sources privy to the developing story, the head of state is expected to do a cabinet reshuffle and fire some Government officials who have been DP Ruto's sympathizers.
According to the standard, Anxiety has gripped President Uhuru Kenyatta’s inner circle after it emerged that he is in the process of reorganizing his government to accommodate allies of the Opposition leaders.
Insiders aware of the happenings told The Standard that the Head of State could unveil the new team soon. Also, it has been established that DP William Ruto will be attending the said meeting since it's a requirement that he appends his signature before any Cabinet reshuffle is done.
But speaking to the media privately, an ally of President Uhuru Kenyatta has now hinted that Good News now awaits Raila's camp and the opposition at large after leaking that they have already submitted names for the approval.
