"Leave Us Alone" Raila's Close Ally Says Amidst Claims Uhuru Kenyatta Might Exit Azimio Camp Soon

Hon. Raila Odinga, the leader of the Orange Democratic Movement Party, has ruled out leaving his position as the opposition's leader simply because President Uhuru Kenyatta is rumored to be leaving Azimio to represent Ruto in East Africa for the Kenyan government in the Peace Affairs Committee.

Even though President Uhuru Kenyatta cannot be prevented from carrying out his duties as the leader of the opposition, the MPs, led by Godfrey Ototsi, have asserted that Kalonzo and Karua's placement in the Azimio-One Kenya gives them the green light.

However, political experts contended that President William Ruto is attempting to win over his African colleagues' trust by demonstrating that their spat with Immediate President Uhuru Kenyatta has no bearing on their ability to serve Kenya.

Nevertheless, in politics, the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) criticized remarks made by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua suggesting that state capture had hurt their operations, particularly in managing the nation's foreign exchange reserves.
