According to Hon Paul Otwoma, he revealed that DP William Ruto cannot defeat Hon Raila Amolo Odinga and that he should be told the truth. Hon Paul Otwoma is eyeing the Busia Gubernatorial seat in the fourth coming general elections through Azimio La Umoja Movement.
