DP William Ruto has been campaigning for years but since Hon Raila Amolo Odinga declared his interest in succeeding the retiring incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta, it seems as if the ground is shifting to his side. According to Hon Paul Otwoma, he revealed that DP William Ruto cannot defeat Hon Raila Amolo Odinga and that he should be told the truth.
