The lawyer who is allied to Deputy President William Ruto have been seen defending DP on social media even though he still believes he is a Jubilee member.
Ahmednasir on Friday morning alleged that the government was planning to demolish the building within the last 48 hours and tractors were already on site.
SC, however, said that the government changed its mind to demolish the hotel even after allegedly sending goons and tractors.
"As counsel on RECORD for Weston Hotel I can OFFICIALLY CONFIRM that the GOVERNMENT of the REPUBLIC of KENYA 48 hours ago sent tractors and goons to demolish the Hotel. The operation was called off after the tractors reached the hotel and the powers that be changed its mind," he tweeted.
DP Ruto was once accused of trying to grab the land adjacent to Weston Hotel that hosts Langata Primary playground.
