Wafula Chebukati and the petition in supreme court is getting nasty and messy as things stand. Several quarters are feeling the need and the urge to hear the final details of what will unfold in the apex court during the determination of the case and either nullification or upholding of the information.

Chebukati who is seemed untethered by the moves of the deep state has gone ahead to write affidavit concerning the case in supreme court. One of the allegations he wrote was how he faced the intimidation and harrassment from the top ranking officials from government. One of the key partners is Rafael Tuju who happens to be the top most secretariat in Azimio. Chebukati has accused Tuju of wanting to see him and offering gift if he favours the outcome of Raila presidency which went contrary to his expectations.

Chebukati reveals further that Tuju wanted to see him alone and he decline his request and requested to meet him in full glance of the commissioners in boardroom. During the meeting its believed that Tuju gave the assurances the team that there demands are well catered for as long as they declare Raila.

The media has been rocked with exchange of words between the top ranking officials and it's now getting messy as Tuju has come out to clear what is going on between the duo. Tuju claims that Chebukati met him in a private hotel in Karen. He has urged the chair to tell Kenyans what they were discussing and details. Kenyans were quick to respond to him that why didnt he come out early to share the inside information and now waiting when the things are out of hand is when he comes out. Tuju went ahead and explained about the commissioners who came to his house in Karen. He has however revealed that he will show the evidence by providing CCTV footage.
