
President William ruto has already landed in Nairobi where he is part of the delegation that is attending a meeting that is aimed at bringing peace and stability in the Democratic Republic of Congo which has been faced with turmoil following a surge of militia action in the area.

Also in attendance was the former president of the Republic of Kenya Uhuru kenyatta who has been a man on a mission to ensure that peace and stability is brought back in some of the African Nations including Congo and also Rwanda which has accused of financing the side militia.
This is the first time that the two heads of state are coming face-to-face since the August election and the swearing-in of President William ruto which happened a few months ago.
Ruto and his predecessor could be seeing having an easy time as they exchanged notes on how they intend to ensure that Congo enjoys peace and stability is just like any other African country in the continent.
