Big Boost for Millicent Omanga and Wanjiru as Nairobi Youths Comes for their Rescue over Appointment

As President William Ruto's regime commences, leaders have been called upon to take their jobs seriously bearing in mind that the country is facing economic challenges. Kenyans have expressed their confidence that the fifth administration will lower the cost of living to enable the low income earners to put food on their tables

In a statement published by Tuko, it has been noted that a group of Nairobi youths led by Geoffrey Maina, faulted the president for leaving out Nairobi leaders who had stood with him during campaigns in his appointments. The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party youths expressed their shock after Bishop Margaret Wanjiru and Millicent Omanga missed out on Ruto's cabinet list

According to them, the two were their hopes in Nairobi county. This comes just a day after the head of state named the people who will assist him in executing the mandates which Kenyans gave him on August 9 this year.
