Bonny Khalwale a Kenyan politician and a former senator for Kakamega county today was in Citizen TV for an interview.
According to Bonny Khalwale the Constitution of a political party cannot supersede that Constitution of Kenya. So according to him a deputy president cannot be removed as the deputy president because of the problems their party might be experiencing.
Here is the tweet of citizen TV and Bonny Khalwale retweeted it in his official his official Twitter account. "Bonny Khalwale – Former Sen., Kakamega: I don’t think the Constitution of a Political Party supersedes the Constitution of Kenya…a Deputy President cannot be removed as Deputy President because of challenges that a party has in terms of discipline."
Below is a screenshot of the same.
Here is what Kenyans had to say concerning the same.
Anthony Minoti: When it comes to serious debate/issues kindly let's avoid involving some characters like Khalwale coz he emits anything but stale jokes which might be an embarrassment to our society.
Umkhonto Wesinzwe: How do you invite a stone thrower such as Bonny Khalwale in a serious debate?
