Alot is said about Chief Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi but very little is said about his beloved wife. This is Tessie Shangatti Mudavadi who has been the wife of the ANC party leader for 24 years. Together, they have been blessed by three children namely Mike, Moses and Maryanne Mudavadi

Tessie has over the years maintained a low profile outside the public limelight but this is set to come to a close due to her new post as the Spouse of the Chief Cabinet Secretary. Mudavadi and Tessie met at a fundraiser in Lugari where one of the board members invited Mudavadi for lunch at their house and Tessie was there.

She has been running the multimillion Mudavadi Memorial Foundation Trust Fund which has been helping needy children as well as Women Empowerment activities in Western Kenya more so in Vihiga and Kakamega counties thus she will use her new post to continue touching lives of women
