Why Ruto Never Takes The Following Gifts When He Goes Abroad

There are reports of the kind of gifts, or rather, gifts that the Head of State, William Samoei Ruto, will not receive while representing the country in an official capacity. According to the source, Hon Ruto cannot afford jewelery made from precious stones and animal parts. This was introduced by law to protect animals that are considered to be endangered.

In addition, the law prohibits the head of state from receiving monetary gifts, especially from an ordinary person or institution with whom he has a contract in the country, as this will definitely be a conflict of interest.

If someone wants to give a gift to the President, the EACC gift card states that they must document their name, the estimated value of the gift, and the date the gift was given. More details have continued being revealed in Ruto's government which is actually doing everything possible to be very open and transparent
