
Political temperature continues to boil in the Country, as names of the leaders who are blocked by IEBC from vying in the August seats is already out.
The IEBC today released the list of 8 politicians who are not allowed to vie for their targeted seats on August general election. The final list will after these shortlisted leaders have been investigated by the EACC.
Leaders Who have been blocked include, Mike Sonko, Oscar Sudi, Kivutha Kibwana among other leaders.

Chief justice Martha Koome today has also made her statement saying that so long as one is impeached, he/she is impeached permanently and he/she cannot vie for another seat in Kenya and also if he has a case in the court, he is still impeached.

Upon hearing that sentiment from the CJ, the former governor of Nairobi Mike Sonko has faced Martha Koome head on as he was purporting that Martha Koome's speech was directed to him.
