Kirinyaga county governor Anne Mumbi Waiguru is among top members accompanying His Excellency the Head of State president William Ruto outside the country.
She has since shared a photograph of the entire designation briefing the Head of State on Monday morning not long before he ventures into the meeting later Monday morning.
