Ahmednasir was amazed by new Israel Prime Minister Naftali Bennett cabinet appointments. It seems that Israel values equality when it comes to appointment something that senior counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi was ecstatic about. He could not hide his pleasure as he told his fans that Naftali Bennett had appointed 9 female ministers to his cabinet.
Bennett became prime minister recently after taking over from long serving Benjamin Netanyahu. His cabinet consists of 27 ministries with 9 of those occupied by women. Some notable women in his cabinet include Ayalet Shaked who is interior minister, Yifat Shasha who is education minister and Orna Barbivai who is charge of economic docket.
Kenyans joined Ahmednasir in applauding Bennett for his decision to entrust more women in position of leadership. They said it is a huge step towards achieving equality and equity in work environment. Bennett will be Prime Minister for two years before stepping down for Yair Lapid who is the current foreign minister. This is according to coalition agreement they signed. Ayalet Shaked will become Justice Minister according to that coalition agreement.
