According to the report, CS Matiang'i had issued a directive to the immigration officials at Kenyan embassies in Berlin, Germany, and Ottawa, Canada, to issue Miguna with travel documents.

Miguna has broken his silence on the reports and responded to NTV a day after they filed the report that triggered a series of mixed reactions.

Miguna has reacted to the report labling NTV 'Githeri media' for allegedly repeating vile propaganda on grounds that they are desperate to glorify gross violations of human rights.

The embattled Lawyer has called on NTV to publish a copy of the alleged order by CS Matiang'i adding that Court orders issued for his return to Kenya must be obeyed and termed the alleged order by CS Matiang'i' fictious'

"The Githeri Media repeats vile propaganda because they are desperate to glorify gross violations of human rights. Publish a copy of the fictitious @FredMatiangi "order." Ogeto's letter refers to "forms for regaining citizenship," which I never lost. Court Orders must be obeyed," Lawyer Miguna Miguna reacted.
