
A number of lawmakers belonging to Amani national Congress (ANC) party, a former party to prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi and Ford Kenya party of national assembly speaker Moses Wetang'ula have come out to protest.
The leaders who are ganging up against president William Ruto's United democratic alliance over what they termed as greediness, are calling for fairness in distribution of national assembly and Senate slots.
And now, the two parties - ANC and Ford Kenya have come out to issue official statements through their respective party chairpersons Catherine Wambilianga and Kelvin Lunani.
Ford Kenya chairperson Catherine Wambilianga says it is unfair for UDA party to assign itself the chairperson positions of all committees in the national assembly and Senate.

On the other hand, ANC through its chairperson dismissed the complaints by its members and stated that they are comfortable With UDA and president Ruto's camp. He described UDA as the big brother and that everything is in order.
