Dorice Donya Toto Aburi is a a woman member of parliament of Kisii County. She is a former Egesa FM radio presenter. Donya vied in 2017 the woman Kisii mp under Jubilee party but was floored by Janet Ongera of ODM party. In this August she floored Janet under a Wiper party ticket. She compaigned together with Simba Arati and Richard Onyonka, the governor and senator of the county as one team.
Donya is also former Member of the South Nyanza Sugar Company Limited board. She was elected to the board in 2017 by Cs Mwangi Kiunjuri.
Though she is a member of parliament of Kisii, a little information is known about her. Many people are not aware that her father is a Member of County Assembly of Kisii County. Dorice 's father is called Francis Aburi Oyaro. He is an MCA of ichuni Ward. He was elected in 2017 and also re-elected in 2022.
