Taking to Twitter, the law Professor say Dp Ruto is the most scandal-ridden politician in Kenyan history.
This, according to Mutua is his soft underbelly.
He has warned those who joined Ruto saying many are corrupt skeleton in their cupboards and he will expose all in the coming weeks.
He added that they are going to wish they never joined politics.
