Kenyans have now raised alarms two days after the Internatinal Monetary Funds approved the disbursement of 257 billion. More than 120,000 Kenyans are against this loan, they are just worried that their money will not do the expected work. The country has borrowed alot of money, this is making mony to worry about the impact of too mach loans in the country.
The main reason why the government borrowed this money was to help the country to flight COVID-19 pandemic which has disabled so many sectors. The country need money to fund the COVID-19 activities and to fund other project related to the the pandemic. The president has been doing a great job to make sure every Kenyan is able to access medical assistance in any part of the country.
Just after the pandemic the country received about 971 billion loan which was meant to deal with the COVID-19.According to statistics the total loan on COVID-19 pandemic is now amounting to 1.228 trillion. This means that the country has been borrowing 121 billion per month for the last 8 months.
