If you frequent social media, you must have come across flamboyant businesswoman Amira, the ex-wife to matatu chairman Jimal Roho Safi. Amira came into the limelight following her publicized drama with socialite Amber Ray when she was dating her ex-husband.
The mother of two has taken to social media to share important advice to women on financial freedom. Taking to her Instagram account, the mother of two, who runs a thriving cosmetic business, said that some women tend to tolerate toxic relationships because they depend on their spouses for financial survival.
According to Amira, if you have financial freedom as a woman, then you can comfortably walk out of a relationship that is not working. ''Have financial freedom so you don't have to be stuck where you are not needed,''' she wrote.
Most women agreed with her sentiments on her timeline. She further revealed in the post that she had lost 17 Kgs and the change is evident.
Amira's sentiments come weeks after her ex-husband begged her for forgiveness publicly on social media. However, she said that her wounds are yet to heal.
