The Hustler Funds were officially established today by Musalia Mudavadi, Geoffrey Rigathi Gachagua, and President William Samoei Ruto. Kenyans would be able to acquire loans for as little as fifty shillings and as much as 50,000 shillings. According to President William Samoei Ruto, there won't be a secretariat or parliamentary committee in charge of these funds. Technology will be in charge of The Hustler.

At the time of the launch, President William Ruto asked for a loan with a 2,000 shilling limit. Deputy President Gachagua had a 1,600 shilling limit, and Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi had a 2,800 shilling limit.
