One thing you should know is that the process of issuing the cards to Kenyans is too long because as you well know the country is going through a pandemic so such government projects like this have been affected. The government is therefore sending messages slowly to few citizens in a day to collect the cards so as to avoid crowds and congestion that can be brought about by many people visiting one station. So the reason why you have not received the message might be the fact that your turn for getting the text has not yet reached.
Another reason why you're among the people who have not been notified to pick up the card might be because you changed the phone number you provided when doing the Huduma registration. In that case there is no way you can receive the notification.
In case you changed or lost the sim card you need to consult the Huduma Centre through their website via email or their social media accounts or visit any Huduma Centre in your area.
Remember the message will be sent by Huduma Number and not just any number so be on the lookout to avoid scammers and fraudsters.
If you have received the message to collect your card at a station far from where you are. Just change the location through the link that came with the text and the card will be delivered to a centre near you.
