National Hospital Insurance Fund has released a crucial message to all Kenyan customers revealing how customers can rectify errors made when making monthly contributions. Many registered members have been facing costly errors when making their contributions. However, rectifying it is as simple as visiting your nearest NHIF office with your I'd copy and your Mpesa statement.

Customers have been advised to carry their original Identify card and downloaded Mpesa statement. Therefore the process of rectifying doesn't take long, it is matter of hours. New members can also register through their phones by dialing *155# on any phone toll free and register as Nhif member. After registration they can receive Nhif member number through SMS. Therefore you can also access self-care services including payment of monthly contributions.
