What Might Happen If You Fail To Pay Hustler Fund

Hustlers Fund will make loans to Kenyans at a daily interest rate of 0.002% or 8% pro-rated on amounts ranging from Ksh. 500 to Ksh. 50,000.However, the Hustler Fund includes payback restrictions, and if the client defaults, they will face fines, just like other credit programs.

In the event of a personal finance loan default;

The interest rate will be raised to 9.5% annually 15 days after the default date.A consumer's current credit score will be lost and their account will be frozen if they are in continuous default for 30 days or more.During this time, interest will continue to accrue in accordance with rule, and the appropriate recovery method will be implemented.

The Hustler Fund was formally established on Wednesday, November 20, 2022, and the government has now made the details of how to apply available. To access the fund, all Kenyan mobile network carriers' mobile application platforms and the USSD code *254# can now be used. This includes Airtel Kenya, Telkom Kenya, and Safaricom.

To create an account on the Hustler Fund platform, you must sign up for the fund using the USSD code or the mobile app of your mobile service provider.
