Parents always want the best for their offsprings so that they may live to become good people in future. There's no single parent who will sit down and watch his son or daughter indulge in risky behaviours such as crime and drug abuse.

In line with the above statement, father to the 23 year old man suspected to have killed his girlfriend in cold blood has finally spoken.

Apollo Kalio says he thought his son, Innocent Makhokha, was still locked up in jail following murder of his brother, brother's wife and their one year old baby boy.

Trusted sources reveal that Apollo was the key witness in the case involving his two sons and that he learnt he was free when this other case emerged.

' My son has been indisciplined since childhood. His unruly behaviour made me transfer him from schools every now and then. I came to learn that he's walking free recently in tv reports.'

He also reported that the suspect killed his brothers family after a heated argument with his mother over money she was reluctant to give him.

The Mount Kenya University Student is currently in police custody after he killed Christine Ambani, a student at Kiriri Women's University of Science and Technology, in cold blood.

Makhoka lured his victim into a guest house in Githurai which would later become her death trap. Her lifeless body was found laid on bed with several wounds on the neck.

He ran into hiding in the populated Kayole estate and was fished out by Special Service detectives. He is currently held by police awaiting to be arraigned in court to answer murder charges.
