President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday, April 1, 2021 together with his handshake brother and opposition leader Raila Odinga toured Kenya’s capital city.
Raila who just recovered from the deadly Covid-19 vaccine on Wednesday after his tests came negative accompanied the head of state in inspecting various projects in Nairobi. The visit comes at a time where rumors going round in social media speculate of a handshake breakup.

President Uhuru inspected the ongoing construction of the NMS bus terminus along the Haile Selassie Avenue. The project is among the ongoing efforts of decongesting the capital city where all public service vehicles will be dropping and picking passengers.

The two leaders met amid the ongoing breakup rumors with leaders from ODM and those allied to Raila ditching the BBI document. In addition, majority of Mount Kenya leaders have also stated that BBI is no longer a priority amid the Covvid-19 third wave being experienced in the country.
