The kianjaa residents claimed that the handover of the vehicle to kianja secondary school some days ago was political.
The area Mp refuted the claims saying that the school bus was delivered before it's full service completion. Hon Ruto was to inaugurate it during his three day tour of meru county.
The mp further added that the deputy president had contributed sh 3.5 million towards the purchase of the bus and for this reason was to honour the promise he once made to the students who once enteryained him two years back at urru stadium.
By this act, there were allegations that it was done as a fraud and for political mileage, however the area mp Dr Mutunga said the allegations were to fight him politically.
