We are witnessing another class of politics in Kenya. Kenya government prepares itself for a big event come next year on August. The changes will happen in the leadership of the entire government beginning from the president to the members of county Assemblies. Kenya is a devolved government which is led by governors who also will be required to renew thier contract if they terms hasn't ended. Every candidate from the governor upwards are supposed to be in office for not more than ten years that means two terms.
Today the 2022 general elections campaigns continued with big Prominent politician being followed closely where they have spent the day. We have the orange democratic movement which was in nakuru for the funeral burial of muchai who was a key friend to these prominent people including the president who sent his condolence letter through the governor of nakuru. We also saw ruto was well represented by senator of nakuru Susan kihika who read his eulogy on his behalf.
The dp himself was ending his three day trip in ukambani where he toured makueni and it's environs before ending at Nairobi. Each and every town the dp stopped he attracted a huge crowd and he continued to spread the message of bottom up economy. It was clear Ruto has gained many followers across the country which proves he is the next possible president of the republic of kenya come 2022.
