Sangria is a refreshing and nutritious drink,it has the advantage of being non alcoholic and supplies sugars and vitamins from the fruit that transmits a nutritious and invigorating effect.

Sangria is especially beneficial to;

The metabolism as it supplies energy in an easily digested form of sugar,it helps alleviate tiredness and the state of fatigue typical in hot climates as it facilitates the elimination of acid residual coming from the metabolism such as uric acid

The heart and the arteries ,as grapes , peaches and all fruits in general contains vitamins, antioxidants, and other substances that protect against arteriosclerosis


Red grape juice 1litre

Lemon soft drink 1/2litre



Lemon 1

Cinnamon stick 1


Cut peach and apple in small cubes

Wash and slice lemon.do not peel

Pour the grape juice and the lemon soft drink in a pitcher

Add the diced fruit and the cinnamon stick

Chill in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours

Serve the drink very cold, with the fruit pieces and ice
