Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga has today surprised Kenyans after he reveals secret details of how he was tempted but resisted on Pandora Papers. Raila Odinga cleared the air that he does not own any offshore account or company, and that he has stored and invested all his wealth in Kenya.
ODM party leader Raila Odinga remarks comes after a revelation of those who owns an offshore account in Pandora Papers leaked. One of the leaders listed on the Pandora Papers saga was the Head of State president Uhuru Kenyatta and his family.
Raila Odinga revealed that he was tempted to have an offshore account but something came to him and saw that it was important for him to invest and store his wealth in Kenya rather than having an offshore account. However, Raila Odinga said that it will be wise if those people who have an offshore account get investigated continuously so as to avoid issues to do with corruption.
