Member of the National Assembly, Hon Peter Kaluma has given a warning there will be no room for amending the constitution to create government positions. Peter Kaluma responded to Dr Andrew Githii who had given commented to the proposed CAS positions having a salary of Ksh.765,000, Ksh 35M, Mortgage and 10M car grant, 3M outpatient cover.
"Wacha Mama Mboga Na Boda boda wapate job..au namna gani my friend! We'll not accept to amend the constitution to create positions!", Peter Kaluma. 
Dr Andrew Githii alleged that this budget of CAS is enough to employ 8,000 doctors at 250K salary, 28,000 teachers or 26,000 nurses at 77K salary.
"The proposed CAS positions will have a salary of Ksh.765,000, Ksh.35M Mortgage and 10M car grant, 3M outpatient cover. Translating to Ksh.2B in Ruto's first term. This budget alone is enough to employ 8,000 Doctors at 250K salary, 28,000 teachers or 26,000 Nurses at 77K salary", Dr Andrew Githiria.
