The world's most expensive building as of 2021 is still Marina Bay Sands. The building located in a small country known with magnificent architecture, Singapore, was launched in 2010 and still holds the record for the most expensive building ever built.
The building was designed by architecture Moshe Safde and is owned by Las Vegas Sand. At a staggering height of 218m,Marina Bay boasts of total number of rooms accounting to 2561. It was built in less than 5 years and occupies 40 acres piece of land.
The building has a casino floor of 160,000 square feet,over 700 table games,over 2300 slot machines,over 2300 hotel rooms and over 50 Restaurants.
The most peculiar spot in this building is it's swimming pool located at the top notch of the building. The swimming pool is the world's highest located swimming pool with an area coverage of 1396 square meters.
