Manchester United and Netherlands midfielder Donny Van de Beek has been urged to immediately leave the Old Trafford based club to have a chance at redeeming his career. Donny Van de Beek was signed from Eredivise giants Ajax for £35m last summer and has struggled to make an impact.
Van de Beek plays in midfield position that has been owned by Bruno Fernandes, with Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard considered better alternatives should the Portuguese Magnifico drop in form or get injured.
With only 18 months to go to the 2022 Qatar World Cup, Van de Beek could miss out on a chance to represent his national team.
Worse still, he could find himself on the wrong side of history should the Netherlands win the world cup, as was the case with Anthony Martial for France when Jose Mourinho froze him out of contention.
Van de Beek has only started one match, against Swiss side Young Boys, when he was substituted over halftime in a game Manchester United eventually lost.
'I think if you're Donny van de Beek now, you've got to have the conversation with your agent, who's then gonna have the conversation with the manager, chief executive because you've got a World Cup coming up in 18 months time,' Hutchison told BBC 5 Live Sport.
Donny Van de Beek will be hard-pressed to make a decision in the January transfer window after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer blocked his loan move to Everton on deadline day.
