Hundreds of people turned up in Kericho county for the funeral service of Issac Ruto's mother. Leaders drawn across the country showed up to bid her farewell and mourn together with the CCM party leader Isaac Ruto.
National assembly speaker Justin Muturi led leaders from the national government in joining the Isaac Ruto family at their Chepseon home in Kericho county.
Other leaders who made it to the solemn event include; Hillary Sigei Senator-elect Bomet county Justin Muturi, Turkana Governor Josphat Nanok, Chepkirui Arwasa (Narok DG), Dr. Mutai Erick Kipkoech, Senators Kipchumba Murkomen, Aaron Cheruiyot, Wilson Sossion, Beatrice Kones, Hon Nelson Koech, Hon Joyce Korir Bomet among other leaders.
The always funny Isaac Ruto couldn't miss the fun in his speech, while speaking about the memories he shared with his mother who passed on aged 84 years, Isaac revealed that he thought her how to read and write as she didn't go to any learning institution.
