LSK president Nelson Havi has hinted through his official twitter page alleging that CJ Martha Koome, PS Karanja Kibicho and CS Fred Matiangi to plan to up coming general election is fraud on the constitution and an affront to Free and Fair election come 2022.
According to LSK President Nelson Havi PS Karanja Kibicho, CS Fred Matiangi and CJ Martha Koome should not be party of a team planing for the 2022 general election.

"CJ Martha Koome is Head of Judiciary and President of Supreme Court. The Judiciary will hear election disputes. CJ Koome, CS Interior Fred Matiang’i and PS Karanja Kibicho cannot plan elections. It is a fraud on the Constitution and an affront to free and fair elections".
