Since no man stands alone, the self-proclaimed chief hustler William Ruto sought help from other political operatives among them the former Kilifi governor Amazon Kingi and DP leader Justin Muturi.
The aforenamed duo criss-crossed the country rallying Kenyans to support Ruto presidency and true to their anticipation, the man from Sugoi outscored his arch rival in August poll. Now that a good turn deserves a good return, Ruto returned hand by making Muturi government legal advisor with Kingi tasked to lead the business of the day in the National Assembly.
As Kingi-Muturi put their best feet forward to outperform their counterparts within Kenya Kwanza rank, Cleophas Malala has forewarned them of a bleak future should they fail to fold their respective parties in support of UDA.Malala argued that now Justin and Amazon are working under Ruto's leadership, they should express their gratitude and loyalty to the latter by supporting United Democratic Alliance course.
Democratic Party has hitherto rejected Cleophas' directive saying the party will not dissolve itself and instead it will continue supporting Ruto agendas as an independent party. Will Kingi buckle under pressure and smithen Pamoja African Alliance (PAA) party? time will tell.
