Arsenal star could leave the club on a free transfer after rejecting club first contract proposal.

Various clubs have already started an early preparations for the future even before the end of the current season.

Arsenal being one of the club which has looked to be more organised since Mikel Arteta took over as the club manager three years ago.

Arteta has been able to build a squad made of mainly youngsters. Most of the current arsenal first team players came through their academy with a few who were brought in to reinforce the team.

The Arsenal manager has so far not been disappointed by his decision to intergrate the youngster to the first team .

They have pushed the club upto a point they are now being considered as a title contender.

One of the youngster who come through the Arsenal academy is Reiss Nelson. He has been so loyal to the club since breakthrough to the first team.

This season, the manager has not been able to use him on a regular basis maybe due to his long-term injury and the competition to get into the first eleven.

He has mainly been used as a substitute this season. Nelson has had a great impact from the bench when could upon.

He lack of enough playing time maybe a concern to him and his decision to reject Arsenal first contract proposal.

Arsenal however have a strong feeling that they would be able to convince the star to renew his contract before the season ends.
