ODM Member of Parliament and Treasurer, Hon. Timothy Bosire has been on police radar ahead of the Bonchari by-election which is fiercely contested. Interior CS, Dr. Fred Matiangi has been accused of using police officers to frustrate rival candidates and rig in Jubilee Party candidate, Zebedeo Opore.
ODM Party which is part of the Handshake has been crying foul over harassment from Police officers. Hon. Timothy Bosire is the Chief Agent of ODM Party in charge of Bonchari by-elections and that explains why police officers were determined to arrest him.
According to ODM Party Director of Communications, Philip Etale, the police officers stormed Ufanisi resort to arrest the MP for no apparent reason.

According to Philip Etale, one of the police boss was spotted with money that they intended to dump in the room of Hon. Timothy Bosire to claim that he was giving out handouts to voters. The by-election which will be held today will be a key factor in the upcoming general elections.
