Mike as known by his stage name is called Michael Njenga, is a popular media personality, a farmer and a businessman. He was born in Ruiru constituency in Kiambu county in the former central province in a family of four siblings.
Currently, he is an employee of Royal media services affiliated vernacular station Inooro TV and FM where he anchor news and host a program called 'Kera' aired from 10pm to 1200 midnight.
Despite his busy schedule at the radio, Njenga has invested heavily in various projects which he attends on free time. Here are some of them:
1. Rearing of Pigs and poultry
He owns a piece of land at his home area where he is doing livestock production.
2. A big restaurant at westland.
He co-owns a very a hotel in Nairobi with his wife where he works as a manager.
Although he has not revealed the actual amount of money he makes from the two enterprises, he said its much more than what he gets from formal employment.
