Through Bottom-up Approach I'll Revive the Big 4 Promise & Need No Loans to Run the Government -Ruto

In his tour to Bungoma county DP William Ruto promised goodies to the people of kenya. In his attempt to try and woo the mulembe nation to rally behind him the second in command said that if he becomes the president he will not need loans to run the affairs of the country.

He went ahead to claim that the fallen big four agendas that they promised kenyans as jubilee government, he will revive the process through bottom-up economic development model. He alleged that the big four was the key agendas of Jubilee Party that was ruined by afew individuals who were interested in ammending the constitution in order to create positions out their own selfish motives.

DP William Ruto unlike his boss President Uhuru Kenyatta believes that Kenya has adequate resources to run it rather than depending on foreign loans that attracts high interest. Under Uhuru government kenya has the highest loan than any other government in the history of the country.

He has a feeling that by ensuring that there is transparency and accountability Kenya has adequate resources and he will capitalise on then to build a firm government without loans
