Today, marks the third day retreat of Cabinet and senior ranks of the executive led by President William Samoei Ruto in Nanyuki, Laikipia County. The meeting took place until late in the evening as Photos shared by citizen TV journalists Seth Olale indicate. 

Kenyans were left inquiring on the absence of the Presidential Aide de Camp as President Ruto was Spotted carrying a briefcase as he walked alongside his deputy Rigathi Gachagua, Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale and Attorney General Justin Muturi. 
This left many Kenyans talking online questioning on the where about of the President's ADC as he was not spotted during the state event. It is usually a role of the ADC to help the president carry his documents during an official duties.
