Arsenal saw off Championship side QPR 3-2 at home in a closed door friendly fixture as they prepare for the upcoming Premier League fixture against Crystal Palce. Arsenal started Gabriel Martinelli, Alexandre Lacazette, Gabriel, Leno, White and Balogun who starred throughout the fixture. Arsenal dominated the ball possession and counter attacks although their defence was clampsy hence conceding two sloppy goals. Arsenal goals were reportedly scored by Lacazette, Gabriel Martinelli and Balogun as they strolled past QPR to seal a comfortable victory.
Manchester United demolished Blackburn Rovers 3-0 at Old Trafford in a closed door friendly fixture as they prepare to visit Kingpower Stadium next week to take on Leceister City. Manchester United goals were scored by Marcus Rashford (2) and Mason Greenwood as Dean Henderson remained stronger through out the match to keep a comfortable clean sheet. Solskjaer started Van De Beek, Telles, Mengi, Wan Bissaka, Mata, Matic, Greenwood, Elanga and Fernandes.
