Kenyan 2022 polls have attracted many political bigwigs who want to inherit the State House seat after Kenyatta's exit.
Among them are : Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi , KANU party leader Gideon Moi, Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula, the Speaker of the National Assembly Justine Muturi and Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria.
At the moment, Deputy Ruto and Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) part leader Raila Odinga remain the frontrunners as they have the ability to attract large masses in their rallies.
It's most likely that OKA members are going to part ways when it comes to identifying the flag bearer.
This is the time honorable Musalia should be very wise. For him to be the government, he should not rush into joining any of these two frontrunners, Odinga and Ruto. He should wait and join the side that Kenyatta will support. This is the side that Kalonzo is also likely to be found.
With the votes from Mount Kenya regions under the influence of Kenyatta plus the Ukambani votes under the influence of Mr Musyoka, whoever the two will back between Odinga and Ruto would carry the day. And that's the side Mudavadi should support if he want to be in the next government.
