Political Analyst Herman Manyora has urged President William Ruto to make sacrifices for the sake of Kenyans by first ordering the reduction of the prices of basic commodities.
Through his You Tube on Thursday, Manyora while commenting on the mass action by the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance boss Raila Odinga said that the president has the power to make life bearable for Kenyans, and he should not wait till its late.
"What Ruto is doing now shows that he is scared of Raila, from saying he should not be allowed to travel outside the carry, having road blocks at State House, arresting small boys like Eric Omondi, trying to harass Matiang'i and other things yet it is self-inflicted problems."
"If Raila raises issues the best thing for Ruto is to work on them, Raila is doing what a sensible opposition should do, and therefore Ruto should reduce the cost of living, just do what is right. If you can't on certain issues, share that with the people, they will understand but take note on excess pending the government has recorded."
Raila in his press briefing at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga said that the mass action is as a result of the high cost of living, GMOs, Ruto's move to reconstitute IEBC, victimization of the 4-dissenting IEBC commissioners and alleged Judicial capture.
