Muthama breaths Fire As He Tells Uhuru This About Ruto's Presidential Bid.

Back in 2013, when President Uhuru Kenyatta and DP William Ruto were in their bromance, it was sure that President Uhruu was going to support Ruto's presidential bid in 2022 as per their gentleman's agreement. However, change is inevitable, and President Uhuru Kenyatta changed his stance, he recently announced that he will be supporting a NASA candidate in the coming general elections.

The DP was shocked after Uhuru's announcement as he thought that he (Uhuru) would remain true to his word and honour the Uhuru kumi Ruto kumi agreement they had.

However, the DP has revealed that he does not need anyone's endorsement and he is sure that he is going to with the elections in 2022. One of his allies, Johnstone Muthama took it to social media to reveal what will happen if Uhuru does not support Ruto.

Taking to twitter on Monday 28th June, Muthama revealed that with or without President Uhuru Kenyatta, DP William Ruto is going to win the presidency.

Muthama who is also the United Democratic Movement Party (UDA) Chairman claimed that Ruto did not need the support of President Uhuru Kenyatta to clinch the presidency.

"With or without President Uhuru Kenyatta and Building Bridges Initiative (BBI), the Deputy President Dr. William Samoei Ruto will win the presidency in 2022. God and the people of Kenya are backing him", twitted Muthama.

Netizens responding to Muthama's post had this to say:

Muthama's sentiments have also been expressed by the DP himself and by Senator Kipchumba Murkomen. The DP revealed that even if all his opponents join to block him into State House, he has also planned himself and he is ready to face them.

"Hawa watu wanajipanga lakini hata mimi nimejipanga. Hawa wangwana watakiona, watajua hawajui (These people are preparing but I am prepared too. These gentlemen will find it rough)" Ruto vowed.

Following the announcement by President Uhuru Kenyatta that he will be supporting a candidate from the NASA coalition and the latest efforts to unite Jubilee and ODM, Ruto and his allies are now convinced that they are on their own.
