Building Bridges Initiative has seen both rougha good times. From the onset BBI as a document proposed by the President Uhuru and the Retired Prime minister Raila Odinga Started experiencing opposition when it was launched.
These ups and downs may not leave it any time soon. The document has had several stoppages in process of intiation before it is brought to the public domain and then referendum.
Recently the court stopped the BBI regea from continuing till and when the pending cases will have been solved.
Today in the afternoon, chaos was witnessed at the Baringo County Assembly whilst MCAs were debating the BBI Bill.
According to reports, drama begun after Ernest Kibet- who vied as an independent candidate- was slapped twice on the back by Mogotio Ward MCA Charles Kosgei.
This drama started when one of the MCA allegedly from Kanu Party claimed that some Jubilee Party MCAs were planning to shoot the BBI motion down.
