The Cabinet Secretary for Interior Security, Dr. Fred Matiang'i might have a reason not to smile this evening as Nyali Member of Parliament, Mohamed Ali has gone and done the unthinkable.
The Member of Parliament for Nyali who was once a beloved journalist that did exposés on so many people across the country has collected signatures in hopes to Impeach the CS.
In the collection of the signatures, the Members of Parliament cites gross misconduct by the Cabinet Secretary.
However, Kenyans were quick to castigate the Member of Parliament for trying to Impeach the Cabinet Secretary instead of focusing on other things.
Here is what Kenyans said:
Samuel Ndwiga: If there is one CS who has performed best in this country is CS Matiangi... And you say you want to impeach him. From Education the exams cheat, Digital TV, Transports and Police reform all these are part of his legacy and this is the man you wish to impeach because he is not supporting your boss? Just go ahead but remember what goes round comes around.
Jared Wyckliff: You and Oscar Sudi can't impeach Matiang'i you can take it to the nearest bank whether ruto like it or not.
Festus Kipseba: This is a sole responsibility of our Mp's, I can see most comments are just coming out of ignorance... Let him do his duty as mandated by the law if Matiang'i is clean, he'll continue with his work... Don't create so much animosity for nothing.
