Vihiga Governor Wilber Ottichilo who is also an ODM member has landed himself in trouble after skipping Raila Odinga's event in Luanda this is after what former Kakamega governor Wycliffe Oparanya has alleged.
According to the video shared, Governor Oparanya has been angered by the decision of the Vihiga Governor to snub the event where Raila graced, he has also castigated his recent move of visiting President Ruto at Statehouse as he claims that no governor should be intimidated by the national government for county projects.
The former governor has now urged residents not to vote such leaders who are interested in their own needs rather than the interests of their residents, he has also called Raila to drop him from his list of close allies as he termed him a betrayer.
